Custom Ordering

Due to the customized design of our arrangements and to ensure that your flowers will be the freshest possible, we will need at least 1 day notice for any order to be created and delivered.

Please know that when making a purchase on our online shop that your arrangement won’t look exactly like the one pictured. It is a sample arrangement to give you an idea of how your gift will look. Your gift will be custom made with a mix of luxury seasonal flowers and the overall style and look will be the same. If you have provided an email address when ordering, we will happily email you a photo of the finished arrangement(s) that your recipient will receive, so that you may see the final custom design.

Upon checkout for purchases in our online shop, in some cases, you will be able to specify preferred flower type, preferred flower color and note flower allergies. With all orders you will be able to give details on delivery and include your gift message; which are very important for your purchase. Lastly, local and state taxes for Utah residents will be applied to any purchase as required by law.

Flower Delivery

Due to the customized design of our arrangements and to ensure that your flowers will be the freshest possible, we will need at least 1 day of notice for any order to be created and delivered.

We deliver our arrangements to the areas of Draper, Alpine, Lehi, Riverton, Sandy, Bluffdale, Midvale, South Jordan and Salt Lake City. The fees for delivery range from $5.00 to $15.00 within those service areas. If you wish to order flowers to be delivered outside of our delivery zone, please contact us via our 'Connect' page by filling in your details on the Connect Form, and we will be happy to see if we can make an accommodation.

Upon checkout you will be prompted to provide the best date and time window for your recipient to receive your floral gift. We deliver between 10am-5pm, Tuesday-Friday. There will occasionally be exceptions to this for certain floral centric holidays. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that the flowers can be received. If a delivery attempt has been made and no one is available to receive the flowers, another attempt will be made later, but this possibly will result in a second delivery charge.

Flower Care

When you receive your floral arrangement, all leaves and petals will have been removed from the stems below the waterline. If leaves or petals fall into the vase water, it is best to carefully remove them to prolong the quality of the water source and longevity of the blooms and foliage.

Place your beautiful bouquet out of direct sunlight and away from any heat source. It is preferable that the arrangement be placed in a cool location and away from fruit, as their off-gasing deteriorates flowers faster. Change their water daily by running the tap directly into the flower’s container allowing the water to run over the edge, expelling the old water and replacing it with fresh water. Use cold water as it will contain less air bubbles than warm or hot water. Air bubbles inhibit flowers from drinking thereby shortening their life. Consider diluting cut flower food in the flower’s water, depending on the size of the container, to feed the flowers and kill bacteria.

Most fresh floral arrangements can last between 3-9 days, if properly cared for. Seasonal specialty flowers, such as garden roses and dahlias, may last for 3-5 days. Some tropical flowers have lasted up to 3 weeks! Some flowers continue to grow and bend toward the light even after they have been cut. An arrangement will contain flowers at different ages and rates of growth from bud to fully opened, so each flower in an arrangement will have a different life span. Flowers that have “gone over” can be removed and the other flowers still enjoyed for longer. Not all buds are guaranteed to open once cut, but are used to give arrangements texture and interest. Some recipients might choose to allow flowers to dry out and retain them once dried or press them for a craft project or for a lasting memory. Please remember, some flowers are toxic to pets! Be sure to place them where your fur babies cannot reach them.

DO NOT ALLOW pets or any person to eat the flowers or fruit from any floral arrangement.
